Anıllar Flour factory operating in İnegöl Organized Industrial Zone, corporate of Anıllar Flour Mill of Trade and Industry Inc. Is home to the story of wheat ears transformation to flour starting with purchase, storage, cleaning, processing, packaging and resulting with shipment of flour.

Anıllar Flour, one of the important companies of Bursa, İnegöl for the production of flour with which our essential nutritional source bread is made, raised its level of quality more with its investment in technology in the recent year. The company, reflecting its 30 years’ experience to quality guarantee continues its progress by closely following technological advancement.

Anıllar Flour factory operating in İnegöl Industrial Zone, was founded in 1935.Today, The Company took its place in important companies of agriculture based industry in Bursa with its successful activities carried out by the 3rd and 4th generation family member of the company. Anıllar Flour which turned into incorporation in 1981, put its factory in İnegöl Industrial Zone on the date of 30 May 1984.

WE İNVESTED 2 MİLLİON DOLLAR

Metin Anıl, Ceo of Anıllar Flour Mill of Trade and Industry Inc. stated that they have made 2 million dollar investment to the factory operating over 10,000 m2 which is 8500 m2 closed area of a total area. Mr. Anıl, telling that they raised the level of quality by focusing on technology investment in factory and employing qualified personnel, noted that they produced raw material of bread, flour by grinding 120.000 tons of wheat in a year. Anıl , emphasizing that they are aware of the fact that customer satisfaction is related with quality , delivery on time and appropriate price expressed that they have a management team that is convinced in teamwork, knowledgeable and experts in their subject .Metin Anıl expressing that they produce flour with over thirty years’ experience of ‘ANIL UN’ brand of Anıllar Flour Mill of Trade and Industry Inc., Said that they followed closely the recent technology and they are in continuous progress.

MILLING PROCESS - FROM WHEAT INTO FLOUR

Metin Anıl, relayed information about production process as well. therefore, his expression in below ;

“Purchased wheat in different qualities and types from suppliers and the manufacturers of especially South Marmara and the various regions of Turkey and also imported wheats are analyzed and tested by expert personnel. While testing quality of wheat matching purchase criteria, wheat are classified according to their use of purpose and features. Wheat of various quality and class is stored in silos at specific percentages which is determined by expert personnel and management. Cracked wheat are turned into flour after meticulous controls and taken to right silos. Flour, shipped to tracks after packaging, are delivered to different customers in different regions of Turkey. Our quality guarantee is based on perfect laboratory work of our expert engineers. On the basis of our success is our reliable team of and meticulous work takes place.
