Production

Anıllar Flour Mill of Trade and Industry Inc. is capable of 40,000 tons of wheat breaking in a year. Purchased wheat from suppliers and the manufacturers of South Marmara and the various regions of Turkey be processed in our factory. In order to determine the quality and properties of wheat; various quality measurement tests are made. Matching purchase criteria of wheat, are classified according to their purpose and usage in silos and warehouses. Wheat of various quality and class is stored in silos by the blending percentages which is determined by production and management departments.

CLEANING OF WHEAT

In a certain period of time and amount of wheat blend pass through weighing machine and reach separators, clean from coarse dirt, impurities and cracked wheat, later stone parsing machine sieves stones, trieur weeds seeds. Wheat is processed from mentioned steps, because quality, color and composition of produced flour is affected by different composition of these foreign substances. “Firstly, need a good cleaning for the best quality flour.”

HEATING AND GRINDING

Primarily for high quality milling process of wheat, the desired physical structure level of moisture content should be ready. Shell gets softness and elasticity by tempering to achieve the desired moisture content. According to the peculiarities, cleaned and rested wheat blend is ground by Vals machines, Grinding process is occurred with the help of the speed difference between rollers and gears.

FLOUR COLLECTION OF A RESULT OF THE GRINDING PROCESS

Cracked wheat in Vals reach sieves which has different ranged pores with the help of pneumatic system. At sieving stage, classified major parts of flour is processed to grinding again. This process continues until it disengages from bran flour.

PACKAGING AND BAGGING

According to the characteristics of produced flour is stored in different silos. During the filling to ensure homogeneity of flour, it is re-blended. Each phase of production in Anıllar Flour Factory is performed without human touch and kept under control. Except process controls, required final product analysis is performed in quality control lab. In addition, the bread samples produced in the laboratory oven and flour quality is examined again. If produced flour is applicable for production expectations of Anıllar Flour Factory, products are filled in automatic sack filling machines without human touch and are presented to the customer.
